Well, I wanted to share my latest project with all of you.

This is the Canada yukata and matching hanhaba obi I've been working on for far too long. Well, today I finally decided to get off my butt and finish this set off. The yukata features bold, red maple leaves on a white ground, and the obi features little maps of Canada and Canadian flags.

You should post this on the kimono-san forum. Most of the members are from Canada.

Where do you get hte pattern for such an item? I have seen patterns before, but they tend to be cheap knockoffs that are not currate to cut or style.

OMG, that's so awesome.

I don't know if I could carry off such a youthful and bright kimono like that (getting kinda old for bright kimono) but I would so love to see that on Canada Day...

Which leaves one thing to be said - pics please!
