Someone got a helluva deal on that black furisode, and I wish I had found it myself, because I do believe that piece is a Maiko's formal black hikizuri. There's not a thing about it that says wedding Furisode about it. . . Least to me. . . I'd like to know the lucky person who snagged it! XD

Life is so unfair at times. Why do so many of the items I'd like to bid on have no international shipping. I'd love to bid on that rooster irotomesode, but they won't ship outside the US. That happens so many times. I'm glad I saw it though. Thanks SuperGrouper for bringing it to our attention. It's beautiful.
