Well, it depends on how expensive and how original you want them to be. A dealer I occasionally work for makes hakama that are handmade, cotton, and machine-washable that you can get at a con or on her website for about $60. If you asked, she could easily custom-make a pair for you out of silk if you wanted, but it would probably be more expensive. Tell me if you're interested. Otherwise, I'd suggest ebay, as they do pop occasionally.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

oh not at all, that is helpful!
I'm on a tight budget and I want to buy a pair as a gift for my boyfriend, he misses his old pair he had back in japan. I would certainly love to get a pair made in silk, I would just need some time to come up with the money...
$60 sounds great for price though, others I've found are far too expensive for me right now
If I can come up with the money I will certainly let you know, thanks!!

they are way to expansive on that site.
there are other sellers, who sell them to a more affordable price. >_< and some of them are even much nicer... but that's only my opinion!

One of my favorites is http://www.jshoppers.com, it has an English site, just go up to the corner and press English, you can search the site for kimono items, and they are quite affordable. They also have many other items for your home, school and regular clothes that are rather cute too.
