Lately I have tried to get onto the site only to find that I can't access it.. like it doesn't exist.

I was starting to worry that it no longer was in existence.. yet it just happened to come up today.

Is there a known reason why this is happening?

I've noticed a few crashes of the service, but due to some family issues I haven't been able to be atop the forum as I'd like to be. Freeforums.org has gone through a lot of upgrades lately, and I've read a few faq's that say that sometimes the service has gone down and it'll say it that the forum does not exist, when it does.

The only way the forum can be removed is if it breaks the TOS of Freeforums ( which is won't ) or if I remove it personally, which isn't going to happen. Things have been quiet, but I did have a list of invites worked up, but I haven't sent them out. Hopefully the problems will abate.

I have sometimes found that my ISP will temp block certain sites for no reason, only for them to work a week or two later. A couple of my comic pages would not work, but when using a proxy, they did work, yet, a couple days ago the ISP block lifted.

Let's hope the problems sort themselves out. As, I honestly, don't know what's wrong besides those things above. :/

I have not seen any crashes when I visit but I know that on sometimes it takes a really long time to go from one page to another.

today i couldn't log in for a couple of hours. is something wrong with my internet or laptop or what was it?

Sorry, Hisamari. Board was actually down early this morning. PHP crash, FF was messing with ad settings and crashed most of the boards on their servers, including TM. Everything is back up now, but we're running a little slow. Hopefully that'll pick up. One of these days, I'll just have work to deal with and I can spend some more time on the forum and get us on a private dedicated server.
