Well you hardly ever see Mamesome and Sakiko together in pictures so I'd say they're like many normal sisters with an age gap. They obviously have a sisterly bond but I'd say they have there own friend groups and experiences and that's them.
I'd say Mamesome is close friends with Kyouka just from the fact that there are many pictures from formal and informal events of them smiling together.
