Hello,

I followed this forum through another person for quite a while but decided to finally join myself.
I'm really interested in GeiMaiko culture for some years now. My favorite ladies come from Kamishichiken. I'm in love with their way of dancing!
I also have a tumblog about Umeno okiya that some of you might know.
It's this blog.
So if there's anything about it let me know.

Welcome! :D
Kamishichiken geimaiko are always so elegant in their dance and dress. So, how did you become interested in kagai culture?

I have always been interested in Japanese language and culture and while I was researching for a lot of things like university and so on I found photos of Umechie shortly after her misedashi. And I just fell in love. I think if it wasn't because of her I would never have been that interested in kagai culture. I just wanted to know more about everything around it.
