Changes for June 28

Hi all,

as you might have noticed, we have finally started working on our new ranking system. We haven't yet created a new ranking image for each new rank, but we keep working on it as fast as we can!

what is new, is that there will be more rank images for the same rank. This means, that you might keep the same rank for a while but the rank image will change according to the number of posts you have.

we haven't decided yet on the number of posts you need to gain a custom rank, but trust me, we created enough of ranks for a while until we have to think about custom ranks :wink:

i like them all except for one: the junior maiko one. it doesn't match the others, if you ask me. and i was wondering, why you chosed the picture for shikomi, because it is a maiko on the picture isn't it?

edit: would it be possible to post all the rank pictures in one post, so that we could have a look at them, all in one place?

the junior maiko actually matches the others, you just don't know it yet!

the shikomi rank image, is the picture of a young girl. We tried to use the most possible vintage postcards scans, so it's kind of difficult for us to find appropriate pictures for every rank. and we still haven't finished creating all the rank images. there are still lower ranks than yours that haven't a picture yet. :tired:

so i am looking forward to see them all, when you guys are finished! i like the idea of the vintage pictures and i also like, that all the pictures are matching the color of the forum (i mean the purple XD ).
